Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Welcome to FareSeeker ("the Site", fareseeker.ca). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What FareSeeker does

FareSeeker is an information service that aggregates and compares flight prices departing from Canadian cities. FareSeeker is not a travel agency: we do not sell tickets, process payments, or take bookings. Any booking happens directly with the airline or a third-party booking site, under their own terms.

2. Price accuracy

Flight prices change quickly. Prices shown reflect the moment they were collected and are neither guaranteed nor an offer to sell. Always verify the final price, taxes, baggage fees, and fare conditions with the seller before purchasing.

3. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites (airlines, online travel agencies, advertising partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links.

4. Email alerts

Price alerts are opt-in with double confirmation, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. See our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass the Site's protections;
  • Do not bulk-extract (scrape) the Site's data for commercial purposes without written permission;
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The FareSeeker name, the Site's design, its text, and its data compilations are protected. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; any other use requires our written permission.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, FareSeeker is not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the Site, including a booking made in reliance on a displayed price. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer protections.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Contact
